Artists

Alex Cano

Alex Cano is a nationally touring Rock/Americana artist hailing from New York's Hudson Valley. Known for his rich baritone and soaring, gritty rock vocals, Cano's sound lives at the crossroads of high octane, blues driven rock 'n' roll and vulnerable Americana balladry. His debut album, Every Rise of the Sun, is a raw chronicle of resilience and survival - equal parts cathartic release and anthemic triumph. Praised by outlets including Paste Magazine and Indie Current for its authenticity and emotional weight, the record established Cano as a voice unafraid to merge heartfelt intimacy with road-tested rock energy. Since the release of Every Rise, Cano has toured across the US, performing everything from intimate listening rooms to major festivals. He has shared the stage with acts including Plain White T's, Gin Blossoms, Tyler Bryant and the Shakedown, Band of Heathens, and Chris Barron (Spin Doctors). Along the way, he's built a grassroots fanbase bound by a sense of community, connection, and resilience, values that run through all of his work. His influences span from outlaw country legends Kris Kristofferson, Johnny Cash, and Willie Nelson, to rock icons like Zeppelin, Pearl Jam, The Band, Foo Fighters, and Jimi Hendrix. The result is a sound that feels both fresh and familiar. With a career already marked by resilience, authenticity, and growth, Alex Cano continues to carve his place as one of the most compelling voices in modern Rock/Americana.

Alison Stiel

Brooklyn-based singer/songwriter ALISON STIEL has always been fascinated by the concept of memory, why, after so many minutes lived, only a handful actually stay with us years later. As of December 2024, her ten track album "Memory" is out in the world and available to stream everywhere. The isolation of lockdown pushed Stiel to start writing her own music, and by the time the world reopened, she had become adept at capturing her most standout moments, ones that haunted her, ones that comforted her, ones that she lived in for probably too long. Drawing inspiration from the open tunings and intricate guitar patterns of Adrianne Lenker, as well as the anthemic lyrics and vocals of artists such as Mitski and Samia, Stiel's songs are deeply personal yet deeply relatable.

Amy Jay

New York based indie alt-folk singer songwriter Amy Jay's songs are like plastic knives, pliable, yet cutting. Throughout the 10 songs on her new album, Mnemonics, Jay proves she knows how to wield them tenaciously. Titled to represent the mnemonic devices she birthed while writing my inner monologue, during and outside of therapy sessions, these little mantras help Jay with the work-in-progress of the human condition. While such topics are often still stigmatized, through song, they become softer and more palatable. And with Jay's sly observations and embrace of uncomfortable laughter, she infuses a sense of levity in Mnemonics. The architecture of her songwriting, varied in length, tone, and dynamic, stands out, as she and her band transform sketches of folk songs into fully formed indie rock panoramas. But it's Jay's voice at times whispering and other times emboldened, that's the connecting tissue across the album. Jay's music has more than 1 million streams, has been playlisted on both Spotify and Apple Music, and has been synced internationally. Still, she keeps the mantras of Mnemonics close to her heart, for they're as much guideposts for herself as she hopes they'll be for others.

Barstow Drive

"Time machine, won't you come for me?/Take me back to where we started" Carroll Gardens 1984 BARSTOW DRIVE is the moniker for singer/songwriter John Zdrojeski, and his particular brand of "bridge and tunnel heartland rock." I nspired by Jason Isbell and Bruce Springsteen, his music is always an exploration: of disillusionment and desire, or nostalgia and loss, or escape and transformation. His lyrics make the ordinary mythical, and read like a cinematic chronicle of modern America, in all its darkness and hope. Nowhere is this more clear than on the Nor'easter EP's, Zdrojeski's third release. The Nor'easter project is Barstow Drive's third release. His first was the folk EP Primitive in 2019; the second, the LP Misters, was inspired by classic rock. Nor'easter is the creamy center between the two. Engineered and mixed by Grammy nominee Tom Gardner (Chromeo) and mastered by Grammy nominee Pete Lyman (Brandi Carlisle), the three EP's are vast in their sonic scope; they are cutting and rollicking in equal measure. In an era of unrelenting polarization, Zdrojeski's songs, like his birthplace of Hartford, CT, occupy a middle ground. He doesn't mind that. After all, the middle is where the bullseye is, and that's what he's always aiming for.

Evan Boyer

Americana artist Evan Boyer is not a polished, perfect singer-songwriter plucked from the glossy pages of a music magazine: He's the genuine article, making real and relatable music from the rough fodder of personal experience. Approaching songwriting with a healthy dose of humanity, he draws inspiration from the raw edges of his own, admittedly flawed existence, offering the world a unique brand of country-leaning Americana that is down-to-earth, authentic, and emotionally compelling. His songs are laid-back, everyman narratives in the vein of artists like Jason Isbell and Tom Petty, with an organic, natural sound. Nothing here is sleek. " The way I see it: I'm kinda flawed'and that's okay" he says. A lot of my songs are about messing up and dealing with the consequences. About how it's okay to be flawed. We're just people." The new album, The Devil in Me is a graceful, occasionally unruly homage to the process of redemption. The ten tracks are built around acoustic and electric guitar melodies, with dobro, pedal steel, fiddle, banjo, piano, drums, and B3 organ forming a textural backdrop for Boyer's calm, deep vocals. Part autobiographical, It's a heartfelt reflection on the fact that we all make mistakes, and that's okay.

Frank Viele

Frank Viele's brand of New England blues rock tugs at the heartstrings, pulling the listener on a surprise journey that transcends genre. Yet even as he's racked up accolades over the past 7 years; including New England Music Awards for Album of the Year, Male Performer of the Year, Songwriter of The Year (X2), and Live Act of The Year for gutsy, gritty tracks like "Broken Love Song' and "Til The Bourbon's All Gone" He's rarely paused to savor the moment before moving on to yet another tour, album, or collaboration. It wasn't until the pandemic hit in early 2020 and he was forced to hunker down that Viele realized that time itself was the world's most precarious, yet precious, resource. At that time, Viele embarked on a writing-and-recording journey with Jimmy Nutt (Jason Isbell, American Aquarium, The Dead South) and James LeBlanc (Travis Tritt, Will Hoge, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Dylan LeBlanc, Kid Rock, Rascal Flatts) of Muscle Shoals, Alabama. Within this co-writing collaborative partnership, Viele approached each new song slowly, intentionally, and with an open mind, challenging himself to transcend the limits of genre and industry expectations. In 2021, a handful songs that he had started recording in Connecticut, and finished at Nutthouse Recording Studios in Muscle Shoals, were brought to life in the 2021 EP "Time Is A Thief." This EP won him the coveted New England Music Award for "Songwriter of The Year" for the second time and acted as a prequel to Viele's upcoming full-length 2023 album. In January 2023, the first track off Viele's forthcoming, 13-song album completed in Nutthouse Recording Studios, "Hearts We Left Behind", came out in January of 2023 and was featured on Boston's Country 102.5 as their "Song Of The Week". "Hearts" continues to receive critical acclaim citing Viele's strength as a storyteller and his signature vocal delivery. "Frank Viele continues to astound with his new single entitled 'Hearts We Left Behind' and has once again crafted a classic. Viele is a consummate wordsmith. His songs contain magic dust capable of spinning webs of musical ecstasy." (MyAmpMusic.co)

Lizzie and the Makers

On their 2026 Everything's Fine EP, Lizzie and the Makers unveil a nuanced reinvention of their already singular blend of Southern-tinged rock, dream pop, indie rock, and airy introspection. With golden-voiced frontwoman Lizzie Edwards, the New York quintet's primary songwriter, Everything's Fine's five songs are more overtly hooky and keyboards-forward than prior L&TM material, draping epic, emotive melodies in otherworldly, subtly unsettling auras. Defying her constant comparisons to Janis Joplin, the classically-trained Edwards summons a heartfelt, nuanced mezzo-soprano shaped by Memphis soul legend Ann Peebles, Heart's Wilson sisters, and jazz icon Billie Holiday. She's assertive, yet vulnerable; defiant, yet proudly flawed.

Louie Lee

Sometimes change rips through and changes things forever.  For Louie Lee, change ripped through his youth multiple times. His parents' marriage fell apart when he was just a child, leading him to grow up in a trailer park outside of Detroit, watching his mother work tirelessly as she held down 3 jobs to make ends meet. Witnessing her efforts Louie Lee learned the importance of drive and to never give up, even with his own struggle with hearing impairment. Within the tightly-knit trailers surrounded by the hum of cars on the highway and the gritty sounds of Detroit. Louie Lee found a sense of community which inspired multiple perspectives leading to a diversification of music styles over the years, from metal, hip hop, rock, pop, and country. But it wasn't until his Grandfather’s passing would he find a new voice. A voice which would win him the "Song of the Year" award at the Detroit Music Awards in 2022 and inspire a massive explosion of songs built on his story of hard work, determination, and a relentless commitment to his craft. Louie Lee’s voice is the centerpiece of his music, expressive and emotive with a raw honesty that is captivating. The sound Louie Lee dubbed “Country Hop & Roll” is an amalgamation of the genres which inspire him. At the heart of Louie Lee's music is a deep understanding of the changing human experience. With songs exploring all corners of life, he tackles lyrical concepts absent from country music. Each song is like a story, unfolding with a sense of intimacy and a special vulnerability.  His ballads consist of subjects rarely seen broached and delivered with thought provoking metaphors. His high-energy anthems explore subjects like individual values and blue collar Midwest grit.  An energy you can raise a glass and pump your fist too. As a result Louie Lee is empowering an audience who wouldn't traditionally listen to country music.  Building an audience full of fans new to the country genre and those who are not. The former are welcoming country music into their life for the first time, and the latter are welcoming Louie Lee as a country artist into theirs, changing their experience and perception of country music. But Louie Lee's music isn't just about the lyrics, it's also about the sound. Musically, Louie Lee songs are built around his voice, with arrangements that allow the lyrics to shine. His use of 808 bass adds a modern edge to his country-inflected sound. The songs have a pulse which can be felt to the overtones of country twang, bringing a sense of energy to his music that is impossible to ignore. Louie Lee's live shows are just as captivating as his music. With visuals that perfectly complement each song, the excitement level is high, and his fans are fully engaged, singing and screaming along to every word. It's no wonder that his live shows are considered addicting.

Sean Barna

In May 2023, SEÁN BARNA released a rock LP, An Evening at Macri Park, on the iconic indie label, Kill Rock Stars, to widespread critical acclaim from outlets such as NPR, Pitchfork, FLOOD Magazine, and Billboard. In their review of the LP, Pitchfork offered comparisons to Leonard Cohen, Harry Nilsson, and Rufus Wainwright, writing, "this is raucous, messy, and emotionally rich music, as any art about queer nightlife ought to be." Seán is no stranger to queer nightlife, but it’s the peaceful time he spent living in and visiting the most remote and beautiful areas of rural western Colorado that animates the heart of his new folk EP, Internal Trembling. Recorded at the legendary Blackbird Studio in Nashville, four of the five songs feature the Nashville-based, traditional bluegrass supergroup, Hawktail. A fifth song, “Firefly,” is a collaboration between Seàn and Brooklyn-based producer, Kyle Joseph. The result is emotional, driving folk pop, with a slow, relentless build. The visceral, intense performances Seán has become known for are animated by the evocative honesty of his songwriting and rooted in a vulnerable, intimate relationship with the audience. On Internal Trembling, stripped of any hint of the glam or roots rock influences of his previous recordings, Seán demonstrates just how comfortable he’s become with the evocative honesty that defines him as a songwriter. Hawktail is Paul Kowert (Punch Brothers, Dave Rawlings, Gillian Welch), Brittany Haas (Punch Brothers, Steve Martin), and Jordan Tice (Yola, Dave Rawlings, Steve Martin), with special guest Dominick Leslie (Molly Tuttle). Seán’s previous releases include, Pictures of an Exhibitionist (2014, LP), Margaret Thatcher of the Lower East Side (2020, EP), CISSY. (2018, EP), Cutter Street (2012, EP), and the single, “Straight Motherfuckers and Their Famous Friends.” In 2021, Seán opened for Counting Crows on their 22-date national tour and appeared in the recent HBO Max documentary on the band. Prior to the release of “Wallflower,” his most recent single is a refreshing cover of the song, “Mr. Jones” — a surprise birthday present to Counting Crows frontman, Adam Duritz.

A musician by nature, Seth can turn a half-heard melody into something completely new, blending unexpected compositions with radio-friendly hooks. Inspired by life's highs and lows, his songs are at times candid and poignant and at others uptempo and angsty. Seth continues to define his successful solo career, most recently releasing singles like The Runaround, Perfectly Impossible, Picture Perfect, and Devil On My Shoulder. Seth has toured across the country and, most recently, shared the stage with international artists, Ryan Tedder, Lovejoy, Colony House, Sheppard, and Weathers. He has performed at--and, more often than not, sold out Colorado's most iconic venues and festivals, including Westword Music Showcase, Underground Music Showcase, and KTCL's sold-out Not So Silent Night. Seth has won 93.3's Hometown for the Holidays (twice) and Big Gig. A staple in the Denver music scene, Seth was formerly a founding member and the guitarist of indie rock band Wildermiss, the bassist for local quartet Red Fox Run, and has performed with notable local artists such as Rob Drabkin, Eldren, Brent Cowles, One Flew West, Andy Sydow, Lazer & Levi, Cristina Vane, Pandas & People and Elektric Animals. The Kellows

Sheffield’s most exciting alt-indie export, The Kellows, ring in the New Year with the release of their definitive new single, ‘Eve’, arriving January 5th, 2026. Following the meteoric rise of their previous release ‘Breathe Me In’—and the industry-shaking buzz of their breakthrough ‘Do You Want Me To?’—the Steel City four-piece are no longer just "ones to watch." Having already secured the backing of tastemakers like Steve Lamacq (BBC Radio 6 Music), John Kennedy (Radio X), and BBC Radio 1, The Kellows are entering 2026 with the momentum of a band destined for the main stage. The Sheffield Lineage For ‘Eve’, the band returned to their roots, recording in Sheffield with legendary producer Alan Smyth (the man behind the desk for the Arctic Monkeys' seminal early tracks). That iconic Sheffield DNA is woven into the fabric of the single, capturing the raw, electric energy that has become the band's hallmark. A Sonic Evolution Still led by the formidable 17-year-old lineup of Will Harris (Vocals/Guitar), Evan Applegate (Guitar/Vocals), Charlie May (Bass), and Rueben Huddleston (Drums), ‘Eve’ represents their most ambitious work to date. It strikes a masterclass balance between the gritty, driving guitar work of their youth and a sophisticated, emotionally charged soundscape that belies their age. "That is the way to do it." — John Kennedy, Radio X The Narrative While their earlier work established their knack for a hook, ‘Eve’ showcases an intensified lyrical depth. It is a track that explores the complexities of transition—blending powerful alt-rock delivery with a newfound sense of introspection. It isn't just a single; it’s a statement of intent from a band that has successfully transitioned from "fleeting buzz" to a cornerstone of the UK’s new indie resurgence. With a standout SXSW London performance already under their belts and the airwaves dominated by their "incredibly electric sound," The Kellows are poised to make 2026 their own. ‘Eve’ is available on all major streaming platforms from 5th January 2026.

The Stoozies

Three men driven by a bottomless lusting for the perfect groove. A beat so locked that watchmakers gawk in envy. A rhythm so tasty that chefs begin to drool. A melody so mesmerizing that the gods themselves turn their heads to hear. These three were brought together by a series of serendipitous coincidences, some would claim they were gathered by Apollo himself. When two desert dwellers ventured into the supple hills of Texas. Zach and Josh were a motley crew unto themselves. Two snickering jesters of fun and adventure. On their newest quest into the tight, fast-paced life of Austin, they stumbled into Adam; a drummer without anyone to help shape his groove. The three became a tight knit trio of riff ripping, vocal belting, feel good music. One evening during a terrible storm, the Stoozie boys were in their ordained spots inside their Hyperbolic Jam Chamber. With a flash and a thunderous crack, they each entered a deep trance. What they saw was a vision of thousands of smiling faces as far as the eye could see with their instruments of mass connection vibrating in their hands. As the storm settled and the men came back to their wits, they gazed into each other's eyes. They knew what must be done and so it shall be. Welcome to the Journey, let's make it one they'll never forget.
